HOW WE CAN HELP

IHSS (In-Home Support Services)

IHSS is a participant-directed service for people with disabilities. Under the participation of a home care agency, the client gets to direct your own in-home care plan. As long as you are able to direct and manage your care, or if you have an Authorized Representative of your choosing you can receive services under IHSS. Equally, if you are an Authorized Representative for a minor, you can receive IHSS services as well.

PERSONAL CARE SERVICES

Whether your loved one needs short-term assistance or long-term support, Excellent Personal Home Care is here to help with daily living activities. This service is ideal for individuals seeking a trusted caregiver match—either for themselves or a family member. Home Community Based Services (HCBS)

Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs are designed to provide individuals with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or age-related conditions the support they need to live independently in their communities rather than in institutional settings. These programs offer a range of personalized services, including personal care, homemaker assistance, respite care, and therapeutic supports, tailored to enhance quality of life and promote self-sufficiency. By focusing on community integration and individual choice, HCBS programs address the needs of people with functional limitations who need assistance with everyday activities, like getting dressed or bathing.
